Our resident DJ Brian Holman has been running Solent Sound for over 20 years. He has been in the entertainment industry for most of his life. Brian is one of a few dj's who is a member of Equity (UK Trade Union representing professional performers).

He achieved this membership through his work on the Sooty Show where he worked as a puppeteer on the tv show and was the assistant stage manager on the Sooty theatre show.

Brian has been djing since he was 16 and has performed in hundreds of venues and parties. He has travelled all over the country with his roadshow and spent 2 years in Norway working as resident dj for several hotels.

This experience has given Brian the knowledge to provide an amazing disco to any age group and in any location.
